Symptom: The direction indication of the bridge-type smart wing gate does not respond or the indication is incorrect.

Switch to another test, try it with a good pair, and check the wiring.

Fault phenomenon: The swing arm does not open after power failure.

1) Check the battery voltage, whether the available multimeter voltage is above 10V.

2) Check whether the line is loose, otherwise the main control board is damaged.

Fault phenomenon: After swiping the card, one will open the gate, and the other will not open the gate.

Check if the sync line is connected. After the connection is ensured, whether the main board which cannot be opened has received the open signal, if not, recheck whether the wiring is dropped, and whether the plug on the main board is properly inserted.

Symptom: After swiping the card, the swing arm opens without closing the gate.

Usually the middle anti-pinch infrared is not right.

Symptom: The swing arm rotates back and forth after power-on or there is no limit after opening.

1) Test the limit proximity switch: A. Check whether the limit switch of zero position, left open position and right open position is powered, and check whether the terminal block is loose or poor contact; B. Put the iron piece in front of the photoelectric switch (to Close to the detection surface), see if the light above the photoelectric switch is on. If it is not on, it means the photoelectric switch is broken. If it is on, adjust the position of the photoelectric switch appropriately.

2) Check whether the connection between the limit switch and the motherboard is reliable;

3) If the limit switch and wiring are normal, the motherboard will be damaged.

Fault phenomenon: After the bridge-type sharp-winged gate is swiped, the swing arm does not respond, and the indicator light of the main board is normal. When a valid opening signal is given, the indicator light will turn into a green arrow and the gate will not move.

1) Check if the motor cable is connected properly. If the motor cable is connected, check whether the motor is rotating by hand motor. If it is rotating, it means that the motor cable is reversed. Connect the motor cable again. Rotate and connect directly to the motor with 24V power supply. If the motor still does not rotate, it means that the motor is damaged. If the motor rotates, it means that there is a problem with the motor driver chip on the motherboard. Contact us to replace the motherboard.

2) Check whether the open signal cable is dropped, and check whether the open signal indicator on the motherboard receives the open signal.

3) The indicator lights of the main board of the smart wing gate are not lit. See if the connection between the switching power supply and the main board is normal. If there is voltage on the 24V terminal on the main board, check whether the fuse is normal. If the fuse is damaged, replace the fuse; such as the fuse Normal, indicating that the motherboard is damaged, replace the motherboard.

Trouble phenomenon: The gate will not reset after opening, or reset immediately after opening.

When pedestrians pass by, the gate will not be restored immediately, and the gate will be closed after a certain time delay, indicating that the outbound infrared is not working properly.

1) Firstly detect that the infrared sensor is connected. When there is signal output, the left infrared or right infrared indicator on the motherboard will turn on, otherwise the motherboard will be damaged.

2) Check if the motherboard parameters are set to have memory. When the pedestrian passes the gate through the gate, the swing arm is immediately reset, indicating that the anti-trap is reversed with the left or right infrared, and check the connection with the main board.

Trouble phenomenon: When using online, the infrared sensor will be opened.

The main control board is set to infrared opening mode, enter the menu and change the working mode of the gate to swipe to open the gate.

Fault phenomenon: After the card is opened, the gate will not open until the access control panel is closed.

Enter the menu and change the gate opening signal type to high-level opening.

Failure phenomenon: The bridge type sharp angle wing gate does not close the gate for a long time after opening.

1) Check whether the opening time of the entrance is too long (see the operating instructions of system parameter setting)

2) Check the anti-pinch infrared photoelectric switch, whether the black output signal terminal has a voltage of 12V (normally 0V), otherwise the transmitter or receiver of the photoelectric switch is damaged.

Fault phenomenon: alarm when pedestrians pass through the gate.

1) Check whether the opening time of the entrance is too short (see the operating instructions of system parameter setting).

2) Check if the incoming and outgoing infrared photoelectric switches are wrongly connected, that is, the incoming photoelectric switch signal is wrongly received to the outgoing direction, and the outgoing signal is wrongly received to the incoming direction, thus causing a false alarm.
