Step 1: Installation of smart wing gate
1. Set the position of the chassis according to the customer's requirements, choose the best routing method from the center of the fixed position of the chassis to the control room, and pre-bury or dig the cable trench.
2. Put the appropriate diameter conduit (PVC pipe or steel pipe) in the dug line trench, and insert the power cord and control wire required by the device (control wire includes: manual button wire 3 core, RS485 communication signal wire 3 core). If the distance is far, the power line and the control line must be separated from the tube (the distance between the two tubes should be above 50CM).
3. Between the two gates, lay an 8-core connecting machine line connecting machine.
4. After all the lines are laid, it is best to bury the concrete after successful commissioning.
Smart wing gate installation step two: fixed smart wing gate
1. First, power on the two smart wing gates to make the wing run to the closed state, and then align the wings of the two smart wing gates so that the wings are on the same straight line, and the distance between the wings is 3CM to 5CM
2. Need to test whether the infrared is aligned, and wait for all functions to be debugged
3. Make marks on the center of the screw holes of the base and the edge of the chassis base on the ground, then remove the chassis, and drill holes vertically with a drill bit on the marked screw holes. The size and depth should meet the requirements of the expansion screws. To the original position, insert the expansion screw and tighten the screw
Turn on the gate:
Before powering on, you should carefully check the terminals of the gate main board for looseness, ensure that the mechanical parts are not stuck, operate flexibly, whether the equipment has been reliably grounded, and whether there is a short circuit, etc., and only after confirming that it is correct.
Function debugging
1. This gate is a bidirectional normally closed smart wing gate. It is externally connected with the incoming credit card signal and the outgoing credit card signal.
2. When there is no card swipe signal, the pedestrian will alarm when entering from the same direction. Similarly, when there is no card swipe signal, the pedestrian will alarm when entering from the out direction
3. Pedestrians swipe the cartoon line: the wing opening starts delayed, the wing closes within the set transit time, and the wing closes if the pedestrian still does not pass within the timeout. When someone enters in the reverse direction, the gate closes immediately and issues an alarm. When someone or object is on the infrared anti-pinch in the middle, when the closing delay time is exceeded, an alarm will be issued but the gate will not be closed, so as not to cause unnecessary injury.
4. When pedestrians pass by, if two people are too close, the time limit will be treated as one person.
5. Automatic detection: when it encounters obstacles, it will automatically detect 5 times, then stop at the obstacle position, and then give the same direction signal, then the gate will return to normal. If the zero position is not found at the beginning of the power switch, it will be tested 5 times.
After 6.5 tests, the operation will be stopped to avoid damage to the gate components;
Smart wing gate installation step three: controller wiring
1. Connect the power cord of the device according to the wiring diagram of the smart wing gate
2. If the device needs to be equipped with other control systems (such as access control management system, fingerprint management system, consumption management system, etc.), the output signal line of the control system needs to be connected to 1 (green), 2 (black), 3 of the wiring block (Blue), 2 (black) is public
3. If you need to control the gate with a manual button, you can extend the small button line originally equipped at the factory.
4. The two intelligent wing gates are used synchronously, please connect the connecting cable to the two gates and connect them.
5. Infrared access method, the power supply is connected to 12V, and the signal from the right to the left is IR1, IR2, IR3, IR4, IR5. At least 3 pairs or more, if 3 pairs will be connected to IR1, IR3, IR5.
6. If two gates are connected, it needs to be connected. The connection line is an 8-core line. The access method is the connection method of the online line: if there are two AB gates, 11 of the A line is connected to B. 12 ends, A station 12 is connected to B station 11 end, A station 13 is terminated to B station 17 end, A station 14 is terminated to B station 16 end A station 15 is terminated to B station 15 end, A station 16 is terminated to B station 14 At the end, A station 17 is connected to B station 13 end A station 18 is connected to B station 18 end, the same is true for multiple stations.
