6) Real-time upload of detection data and real-time delivery of updated data to avoid data loss; if a network failure occurs, the detection data can be automatically saved to the network recovery and the saved data can be automatically uploaded to the server.

System setting detection items and entry methods

1. When employees test the static wristband OK, they are allowed to enter the workshop

2. When employees test the static shoes OK, they are allowed to enter the workshop (the left and right feet can be distinguished)

3. When employees test that both static shoes and static wrist straps are OK, they are allowed to enter the workshop

4. When the customer needs to enter the workshop, only need to swipe the VIP card, without detection, allowing to enter the workshop

5. When the internal management personnel need to enter the workshop, only need to swipe the test-free card.

The above five entry methods, we have correspondingly set five types of cards:

The first test for static shoes and wrist straps

The second type only needs to test the static shoes, only the shoe 2 card

The third type only needs to test the wrist band, only the wrist band 3 card

The fourth type of foreign VIP VIP free test card type 4 card

ESD access control system operation process

1. Wear electrostatic clothes, electrostatic caps, electrostatic shoes, electrostatic wristbands and other related electrostatic protection products first.

2. Stand on both feet and the metal sheet of the foot pedal naturally. After swiping, touch your finger with the metal ring test button. When the PASS light of the currently tested item is on, the display will show that the test passed.

3. Don't be crowded when conducting static electricity inspection, keep a certain distance between people;

4. It is strictly forbidden not to read the card or detect it;

5. It is recommended to mark the instructions for the passage of the machine in a conspicuous place on the equipment and guide the passers-by to enter and exit in a safe and orderly manner;

6. The equipment should be properly managed when it is not working, and it is strictly prohibited to knock or shake the equipment;

7. When the device is turned off, it is strictly forbidden to push or pull or hit the cabinet cabinet.

Precautions

1. Please be familiar with the operation procedure of static electricity detection so as not to affect the passing speed.

2. The touch buttons have replaced the traditional test button buttons, and only need to be touched by your finger, without pressing hard; upgrading to the touch test button is more effective to improve the test effect.
